I'm Brian Pearson, owner of 8th Light Productions. I am a  Technical Coordinator with 20 years of experience in broadcast post-production and project coordination. I currently support Radial Entertainment, where I build and track project timelines, troubleshoot technical issues before they become bottlenecks, and serve as the bridge between technical teams, upper management, and outside vendors.

Over the course of my career, I've worked behind the scenes on some major names in television and entertainment — including CNN, MTV, MTV2, Beyoncé's I Am... World Tour, and House Hunters International. My background as a Media and Assistant Editor gave me hands-on experience with AVID, Final Cut Pro, and Premiere, along with multi-cam sequencing, on-air delivery, and metadata management — skills that now shape how I approach project coordination and problem-solving.
